As a parent coach, Alissa uses her mindfulness training and psychology background to empower families to cultivate inner well being, peace and fulfillment. As a parent of two spirited boys, Alissa learned to enter into a state of mindful presence and consciousness in order to be the mother she always wanted to be. Her journey into conscious parenting has transformed her relationship with her children and today she is passionate and committed to helping others learn to do the same. Alissa has completed workshops in MBSR and MBCT (effective, evidence-based methods for reducing symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression) and has been a student of Dr Tara Brach, Dr. Daniel Siegel and Dr. Shefali Tsabary's teachings.

Cindy Stulberg is a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, colleague and friend. She is a clinical psychologist who has been working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, groups and families for almost 40 years. In the last 20 years she has been training, supervising, and certifying clinicians in Canada, the U.S, and Europe who are learning Interpersonal Psychotherapy IPT (developed by Klerman and Weismann). IPT is a short term evidence based gold standard treatment for mood difficulties. This model and Cindy's approach to developing a collaborative empowering working relationship with clients is fundamental to who Cindy is and the work that she does.
